Yes. Our plans are structured around common combinations, but we're flexible. If you need billing and compliance but not rostering support, we'll price accordingly. Book a free chat and we'll build the right scope.

All prices shown are exclusive of GST. GST is added to invoices in accordance with Australian tax law.

You can upgrade at any time. We'll pro-rate the difference for the remainder of the billing period and move you onto the new plan immediately.

Full Desk pricing is scoped to your organisation's specific size, service types and requirements. We typically price based on staff count, participant caseload, number of registration groups and service complexity. Book a call and we'll provide a written quote within 2 business days.

Our services are operational back-office support for registered providers — not participant-facing services. They are not claimable from participant NDIS plans. They are a business operating expense for the provider organisation.
