Is there a per-participant fee?
No. We bill per active user (your staff). Participants, agreements, plans and medication regimens are unlimited on every paid tier.
What counts as a user?
Any human who logs in to your workspace in a given month. People you only invite for a one-time signature do not count.
Can we trial Sahajilo?
Pilot organisations get the first three months free of Professional. No card required, no migration commitment. Email hello@sahajilo.com.
Annual vs monthly?
Annual saves 17% on Professional. Enterprise is annual or multi-year. Starter is free.
What about GST?
Prices exclude GST. We add Australian GST on the invoice for Australian organisations.
What if we shrink?
Seat counts are reconciled monthly. You only pay for active users — not your peak.
